Mercedes and BMW drivers that not only equals the dealers but often surpasses it.

Sean has almost 30 years of experience in BMW/Mercedes repair and service and holds
multiple ASE certifications including –– Advance Engine Performance AC/Delco on Board
Diagnostic Anti Lock Brake System Diagnostics and Repair.

Sean has served on the boards of local automotive services councils,
and on the Palm Springs High School and College of the Desert Advisory Committees.
Sean's engineering background and continual education with Bosch and other professional
training centers enables International Motors to stay on top of the latest developements
and innovations in the automotive industry.

The majority of the parts we use are OE, OEM or better.
Sean has found that in some cases the aftermarket parts are built to last longer;
therefore, offering a longer warranty. A quarter of a century of experience has taught
us that often the problem is the design/manufacturing of the original part.
Before computer designed cars, there was no real way to know what would happen to
a part years down the road. Plastics have evolved. Metallurgy has improved.
And the heat and sand in the Coachella Valley is pretty much on the edge
of most car design envelopes. What Sean has discovered is that often an
"aftermarket" part is a better part. A part made with the knowledge of why the
OE part could have lasted longer or performed better. Now "aftermarket" has some real
negative press that is primarily "encouraged" by the automobile manufactures (they make
money on the inventory of parts they have made). And the dealers shy away and steer
you away from third-party parts for their own reasons. International Motors does not
have these conflicts of your interest. IM uses the parts that working on these cars has
demonstrated gives owners the best repair and value.
